I think he'd appreciate reading this years down the road....Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7262794.post-35147065920934639122008-10-10T10:11:00.000-07:002008-10-10T10:11:00.000-07:00Add me to the list, my crazy kid is in a running-a...Add me to the list, my crazy kid is in a running-away from me phase and driving me nuts. Plus he's already told me at least 4 times "no brother." Hmmm...oh well.

Find me a Mom who doesn't go to bed second-guessing everything, and is confident that she is doing everything right and is raising perfect kids! I'd love to know her secret.Meredithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10063420342418937116noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7262794.post-48556097041694239942008-10-09T17:34:00.000-07:002008-10-09T17:34:00.000-07:00Hear. It makes you wonder, how original can we all be, when we all go through the exact same stages growing up.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7262794.post-19842540231880611392008-10-09T13:13:00.000-07:002008-10-09T13:13:00.000-07:00It's totally not a sin to WANT to run away to Mexi...It's totally not a sin to WANT to run away to Mexico some days...it's only bad if you actually do it!

I too feel better just knowing there are other moms out there struggling with the terrible threes! You're right on ...Thank You for this post, Jessey. You're right on so many levels... everything you write about Dylan, I think about Owen. Owen's spontaneous flip outs drive me up the wall... "I can't reach the water to turn it off, Mommy DON'T come in here, I can do it MYSELF, but I can't reach it. No I don't want a stool... I don't want help... Go AWAY!" His melt downs come constantly, without warning... but I think it really just has to do with being a three year old boy who wants to conquer the world on his own. BUT, like you said, there is the absolute sweet side, as well. He adores his family, is lost without his sister by his side, wants to be a great worker like his daddy, and is still such an affectionate little mama's boy. Thanks for reminding me of the good stuff, sometimes the bad stuff just weighs so heavy. And it's good to know another mommy who deals with the same thoughts and worries as me... it just means we care, right? :)Anne Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02643072040343131635noreply@blogger.com
