I recently wrote an article about the poor scores received by our local high school students on their state standards tests.
These tests have to be passed in order for students to graduate high school.
In our local school district, 77 percent of students taking the math portion of the test FAILED. The reading standards were flunked by over 50 students and over 60 students did not reach writing standards.
What ARE they teaching over there? Sex ed and metal shop?
I weep for the future of this country.

Don't worry, I'm sure their equally stupid parents will do the right thing for this country and vote for W, thereby assuring a bright future for America.
