He really wasn't that awful. He was just completely out of his league with the rest of them. I think next year Idol needs to get off the theme weeks, and let people pick whatever songs they want. That way the audience will get a feel for the type of album they'd put out and their real style. Most people are not good at all kinds of music, so we're not always seeing them at their best.

I had a bad feeling that country week would be the end for Sanjaya!
