WASHINGTON - President George W. Bush said Wednesday that the sky is blue and grass is green.
The ACLU is scrambling to file charges against Bush, claiming discrimination against colors less represented in nature. Plantiffs are expected to include ecru, chartreuse and a number of colors from the fluorescent family.
