Dylan and I went to Wal Mart today. As I walked us back to the car after shopping, I noticed that the car parked next to us was running.
As we got closer, I saw that inside the car, sitting in both front seats, were two young children. There was another kid in the back seat eating gummy worms.
There were no parents in the car.
So, being the good citizen that I am, I got the license plate number and called the cops.
Just as I'm hanging up the phone, the parents of the year walk up. Yes, that's right, parentS. Apparently these two dillholes couldn't stand to be away from each other long enough to buy two bags of groceries at Wal Mart. Normal people would leave one parent in the car supervising the children. Dillholes, I guess, leave the children alone to be kidnapped or run over others with their nascent driving skills.
Here's the kicker.
As the parents stroll up, the father sees that the kids are in the front seat, turning the steering wheel of the running car and says, and I quote:
"Uh uh, that's bullshit! Get in the back!"
Yeah, nice.

People are idiots. Anyone could have broken a window and driven off with them. Were the parents teenagers or just idiots?
I called my husband to tell him about it and he said "Sounds like my dad."
Apparently, his dad did that all the time, except there were FOUR kids. Bob said they were never ever EVER allowed to go into the store.
I don't know what is wrong with people.
These weren't even young parents, they looked like they were in their 30s. Idiots!
Just because some people can reproduce doesn't mean they should.
