With rare exceptions, I can't even eat first thing in the morning. I have to have coffee and putter around for a while before hunger sets in... and then... stand back.
Oh I woke up at 6 but didn't eat until 8:30, I have to pour down the coffee first as well. No coffee, no happy.
I made the lasagna myself so I know it's not horrible. I even swap out half the ricotta with cottage cheese. You can't taste the difference and it's half the calories. A nifty trick. No meat, but zucchini instead. Very healthy, and tricky.
I did the cottage cheese trick at first because I ran out of ricotta. When I realized that there was no difference in flavor at all and the cottage cheese is half the calories, I switched my recipe permanently. Plus the CC is cheaper than ricotta too...it's good stuff all around.
