Attention Moms and Dads

I am losing my mind.
The kid wants to potty train. Previous efforts have been mildly successful, in so much that she understands the pee-potty connection.
Our problem now: Elizabeth both refuses to wear training pants or diapers AND refuses to actually pee in the potty.
Getting her on the potty is super easy. She'll sit there all day but produce nothing. Getting her off the potty and into training pants is akin to full-scale hand to hand combat with a ninja - a peepee holding ninja.
She's ripped off diapers repeatedly and run through the house naked as a jaybird. I then put her on the potty, and she sits there, bored, nonproductive.
So, because I can't spend all day on the floor of the bathroom, I attempt to re-diaper/training pant her, and she will commence aforementioned ninja moves.
As soon as the diaper/training pant is successfully placed, she will begin to grab her belly and potty area and scream (no lie, SCREAM) "poo poo, pee pee, potty"
The first few times, this diversionary tactic worked and I let her get naked and back on the potty, but it was soon discovered to be a trick, a shortcut to nakedness.
I don't know what to do anymore. I quit!
I am getting so incredibly frustrated, as is she.
I think I'll staple the diapers to her behind and hope for the best.

Yeeeeeaaaaah, that's kind of why I DON'T have a dog.
I hate poo.
She's already peed on the bathroom floor three times.
At least she's close, right?
