As mentioned before potty training Elizabeth is not going so well.
This morning she came to me with a new diaper, a pair of orange day of the week panties (Wednesday, she was close) and a directive to change her diaper which was filled with poo.
I asked her "When are you going to poo in the big-girl potty?"
Elizabeth: "I don't know!"
Me: "When you poo in the big-girl potty, you can wear just your panties!"
Elizabeth: (growling) "Noooooo!"
Me: "Maybe we can poo in the big-girl potty today, OK?"
Elizabeth: "No. Watch Dora now?"
Me: "Yeah, go ahead."

Maybe it's time to bring in the bribes...
"If you go sit on the big girl potty.. each time you want to poo.. I'll give you a .. BERRY PIE!!"
Ah, berry pie....
I don't know if bribes are the way to go - going potty should be a reward in and of itself. She shouldn't be expecting a present when she goes potty.
That's a good point, especially since she already expects a present any time either of us leave the house without her...we come back to the refrain of:
My present, my present, MY present!!
