Arizona ranked dumbest in U.S.
Ouch.
I especially love how Tom Horne, our superintendent of education, addressed the findings of this survey:
"Morgan Quitno is the stupidest company in the nation," Horne said.
Ha ha ha!
There's nothing a politician up for re-election won't do or say I suppose!
