Great Debate!

This one could get heated! :)

What do you put in your tuna salad?

Mine is:
Tuna
Mayo
Mustard
Sweet pickle relish
Curry powder
Minced onions
Caraway seeds
Lemon pepper
Dill

And I eat it on toasted wheat bread...what do you think of that?
My husband is radically against tuna on toast. He thinks it's borderline inedible, I think he's deranged.

I keep mine simple:
Tuna
Mayo (or Salad Dressing)
Sweet diced pickles + a little juice
Salt
Pepper
Maybe diced celery, but I usually skip it

Wow. I'm impressed. My husband is the only one who ever makes us tuna and all he does is put Miracle Whip in it. One time I convinced him to let me add some mustard and he did so grudgingly and then I added too much and ruined the whole thing. I haven't messed with his tuna since.

I like it VERY simple. Either very light may or Miracle Whip (I like both), on regular or toasted bread - depending my mood - and CHEESE. I like sharp cheddar on my tuna, but anything will work. My daughter and I LOVE tuna ON a salad - drain the tuna, put it over lettuce with all your salad fixins', pour dressing over the top and mix well. That is my favorite way to eat tuna!

I keep mine even simpler. Nothing. Okay, sometimes just some dijon mustard or Italian dressing. I hate mayo, and ever since the Parisian Honeymoon Food Poisoning Incident of 2004, I'm leery of it.

See! It's such a simple prospect. Tuna Sandwich. And yet....everyone has their own "right" way.

tuna, mayo, salt, pepper, and a dash of lemon juice. Toasted bread is OK, but so is untoasted.

Tuna, mayo, lemon juice, celery, onion, parsley. Toasted bread is a must.
Or, tune melt - tuna, mayo, sharp cheddar on top, in the toaster oven.
