Little Known Side Effects of Candy Overindulgence

I might be going to hell....or to candy island.

Dylan had a bloody nose this morning and another one at school.

Just a few minutes ago he was rooting around in the Halloween candy bowl.

Instantly, I had the greatest thought I have ever thunk.

I whipped around, looked him straight in the eye and said "Dylan! If you eat any more of that candy you will get another bloody nose. Too much candy is what causes bloody noses."

He froze, lollipop mid air.

"Do you want another bloody nose?"

Slowly he shook his head back and forth, as if to not tempt the capillaries in his nose to burst and issue forth a bloody waterfall.

He dropped the lollipop back into the bowl, turned around and ran away.

I did feel slightly guilty. But only slightly.
