Oh heavens...

This morning was my second to last check up.
I'm still not dilated at all, though that doesn't matter a whit.
The doctor also did not give me an estimate yet on baby's size...so we're still not sure just how gigantic a child we're going to get!

The last few days I've been waddling around like a penguin. Seriously. It's silly. So cliche.
I'm also getting stabbing pains in my hoo hah and feel like I'm going to pee my pants every time I stand up.
Ah, the miracle of life. It's a beautiful thing.

We finally got all three kid car seats today (had to order new ones that would fit three across in the car) and I got them all in! YAHOO!!
So, I WILL be able to take all three kids out of the house at once...like if I temporarily go insane and think that is a GOOD idea!

Also today, Elizabeth murdered a lizard with a dustpan.

I'll just let that bit of news hang out there for you.

Go Elizabeth! Lizards freak me out. I always try to "humanely" get them out of my house, but usually end up chopping off a tail or something. They aren't very durable, so I'm sure she didn't MEAN to murder it. And what kind of car seats did you go with? I'm thinking about shopping some new ones, cause I am so sick of the whole "I get Kylee's seat- NO, I WANT MY SEAT!" fight everytime we get near the car. All our big kid seats must look exactly the same from now on.

Well, at least she didn't just chop off the tail and see it scamper. Then, you know, she may have thought she could just chop off the new baby's wee one and he'd get a new one. Or something.

Oh and by the way....she MEANT to murder it. She said "I murdered that lizard!"

Then it turned out that he wasn't ALL THE WAY dead. Though he was definitely injured as he hadn't moved in hours.
Then she stomped on his head and smashed him with a rock.

Definitely first degree lizard murder.

Amy! Ew!!
She is well versed on baby "noodles" and what they do...
She was fascinated with Dylan's noodle and why she didn't have one. Made for interesting dinner conversation...

As for the car seats...
Dylan already had a cheap one from Wal-Mart that he will continue to use. The new baby got a really nifty convertible seat made by Evenflo. It's the Tribute 5. We got it from the Target website. Inexpensive and slim width. And since it's convertible, it works from 5 pounds to 40+ pounds. And going by MY kids current weights, that will last a boy of mine until well into his third year, perhaps into his fourth. So a great value.
Elizabeth got a Dora print Graco Turbobooster (an inch less width than the WalMart booster she had). It's backless, but has the belt positioner, so that's cool.
Without ever having put a child into it, I would definitely recommend the Evenflo Tribute5. Three of them would fit just fine in my tiny backseat and it looks very comfy.

She is evil.

that's what my mom said too...
She's not evil though. She's learning a practical skill...
She won't be afraid of lizards and mice the way her mommy is. Trust me, I WISH I could bash a lizard with a rock. I'm waaaay too freaked out.
Why do you think I told ELIZABETH that the lizard was in the house???

You forgot the "Hoo Ha" tag at the end of your post.

Well, Helpful Friend, you are right!
I added the hoohah tag. I can't believe I didn't already have one, what with all the hoohah situations going on around here.
